About Xstreams Inc.
Our History
Xstreams Inc. was founded in 1995 by a group of parents who wanted to create a community center for families. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our programs to meet the changing needs of families in our community.
Our Partnerships
We partner with local businesses and organizations to provide additional resources and support to families. Our partnerships allow us to offer a wide range of programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our community.
Our Therapists
Dr. Rafael de Jesus Acosta, Ed. D, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida and has his doctorate in Community Care and Counseling: Marriage and Families through Liberty University.

Dr. Beth Acosta Ed. D, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida with a Masters degree in Professional Counseling and has her doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction through Liberty University
